🎢 The Sims 3: Roaring Heights 🎢

I recently concluded my Sims 3 Let's Play for Roaring Heights. The objective of this playthrough was to explore the bustling town of "Roaring Heights" (which is available for purchase on The Sims 3 Store) and to indulge myself into an American 1920s setting.

That objective was a success, in my opinion, which resulted in a lot of drinking and drama as the outcome. If you missed the Let's Play or are new to my channel in general, here is a preview of the story, so you can decide weather or not you'd like to watch.

Backstory (Prologue)

Eileen and James Brown grew up in a rural town during the time of racist America. Ever since they've been small children, the adults in their lives were consumed by conformity – "the only way to equate to the white man" as they put it. Despite the conditions by which they grew up, the two had a different idea of how they wanted to dedicate their lives. Eileen had always admired theater and dreamed to pursue a career on stage. James, on the other hand, was very tech savvy and had strong leadership skills which he fantasized would one day bring him success as the CEO or president of a company. These thoughts began as nothing but dreams, and as their lives progressed, these dreams would become so much more as they began their lives in Roaring Heights.

New to the city, Eileen and James Brown settle in with anticipation – ready to conquer their dreams and take their lives to new heights. The couple purchase a starter home on the outskirts of the thriving town as they enter what's about to become a roller-coaster of a lifetime. Theft, greed, debauchery, arrogance – all factors that keep this town alive – all things that fill the hearts of its townspeople. Success isn't easy here; it's most certainly a fight. How will the Brown family stay afloat and chase their desires even throughout the hardship of loss and the beguiling intentions of the one's they thought they loved the most?
